Setelah cari informasi, berikut cara untuk meng-enable-kan nya :
-control panel
-programs and features
-turn windows features on or off
-pilih option telnet client
-ok
wa la, bisa lagi ber-telnet ria ;)

Telnet service is not secure. This service should remain uninstalled on a home system.
